Join us for a 60 minute vinaysa power flow yoga session geared towards runners. Intentions are always set to give students focus for their practice.
The class will incorporate stretches for hamstrings and glutes as well as a power flow with breath to movement to increase running performance.
The class will take place at the Fleet Feet Sports Old Town store. We encourage everyone to bring their own yoga mat.
