“Yoga For All” is First Ascent’s free monthly 75-minute morning yoga class featuring a guest teacher from the Chicago yoga community or beyond. Taught on the expansive climbing gym floor at the Avondale gym, yoga practitioners can spread their mats out and breathe before climbers are allowed into the gym. Practitioners may stay and climb after (details below).
Day: 1st Saturday of the month
Time: 8:30am-9:45am (doors open at 815am; doors close as soon as class starts)
