Who’s it for? This workshop is for athletes looking to include yoga in their training, those who already practice yoga regularly, and anyone curious to see how yoga can help their running.
Prerequisites: An interest in yoga and running.
What To Bring: Your yoga mat, water bottle. Bring a foam roller if you have one.
Clothing: Sweat-wicking, non-restricting clothing.
Location: The workshop is held at Yoggic Lakeview.
