Turn up your weekday workouts with Wednesday Morning HIIT led by leading Chicago fitness instructors Kate Lemere and CrossTown Fitness. Push yourself with high energy, no frills training, turning the Park at Wrigley into your own outdoor workout space. These high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions will burn calories, boost your cardio capacity and strengthen your muscles.

Wednesday Morning HIIT with Kate Lemere and CrossTown Fitness is free for everyone. All fitness levels welcome and no equipment is required.
