Instructor: Piper-Lori Parker, Zen Yoga Garage

“Yoga for the body, mind, spirit and for the community.”

Piper comes to yoga organically from a background in theatre, music, and dance. Having spent a huge part of her childhood in Vaganova Russian ballet class, she brings a strong sense of discipline, posture, and alignment to the practice of yoga. It’s not often that one is given the opportunity to turn a passion into a livelihood, and she feels fortunate to have done that a few times in her life, one of them being this awesome journey with yoga.

Piper has truly found her dharma in managing yoga studios, after leaving her ten year career as a Marketing Executive to teach and be of service to the yoga community. Her extensive experience working in the Chicago yoga and fitness community, along with her business background and sixth sense for hiring and recruiting the best make her a uniquely ideal candidate for handling the direction and operational vision for Zen Yoga Garage. Piper is a Yoga Alliance certified Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with 200 hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training, 100 hour Power Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training, and Kids Yoga Teacher Training all under her belt. She has led or facilitated numerous programs at CorePower Yoga, including eleven Teacher Trainings, Wellness Cleanse, Boot Camps, and Yogi Training.

About Dani Kruger

As a proud New Englander at heart, Dani loves the outdoors and anything maple-flavored. After a decade in the Midwest, she moved to Seattle where she loves the mild temperatures and mountain views. Dani's competitive nature is no secret, whether she's trying to do yoga at all of the state capitol buildings (23 so far!) or seeing how much vertical she can run each month in the mountains of the PNW. By day, she nerds out behind the computer as a data analyst for a health care consulting firm, where she works to ensure all individuals have timely access to high quality health care services.
