    VibeUP Yoga: Hatha Flow

    We will weave breath and movement into a mindful flowing asana practice.  This class is ideal for those who are working on their flexibility, and for students who prefer a slower paced flow.  We will hold postures a bit longer to build strength, confidence and enhance overall well-being. Please don’t read ‘slow’ as easy… there will be fun and challenges for all level of participant, as we receive the benefits from the mindful pace of class.  ALL levels are welcomed!

    Instructor: Laura Cotton, Yoga Six + Jade Pearl Yoga

    Traveler, tea aficionado, sunset chaser, mom, wife, chef and yogi…. just a few things that best describe me.  As a knowledgeable, compassionate leader in my community, I live my life as an example of grace in motion. Laughter and bliss are among the many joy filled experiences that I infuse into my teaching. We will co-create a sense of grounding and peacefulness during class. My own practice spans over a decade and inspires me daily. I guide mindful & attentive private lessons, I lead large corporate events as well as public yoga class. I’ve been blessed to teach internationally for the last 8 years, and have taught some of Milwaukee’s major yoga events. I’m an advisory board member for, Milwaukee’s non-profit yoga community and am ‘Yoga Alliance’ Certified, as well as a lululemon ambassador for the last 4 years. I’ve been guiding others on their yoga journey for many years, and feel my success comes in helping others to grow on and off their mats. I am a cohesive force in bringing all levels of students, teachers and studios together to become a larger dedicated yoga community that brings everyone up.

    About Dani Kruger

    As a proud New Englander at heart, Dani loves the outdoors and anything maple-flavored. After graduating from the University of Michigan and living for a brief time in DC, she moved to Chicago where she developed a passion for fitness and biking. Dani's competitive nature is no secret, whether she's trying to do yoga at all of the state capitol buildings (19 so far!) or seeing how far she can push herself in group fitness classes. By day, she nerds out behind the computer as a researcher and data analyst for a health care consulting firm, where she works to ensure all individuals have timely access to high quality health care services.
