    VibeUP Yoga: Experiencing the Change

Yoga is much more than a series of poses put together on a mat. Join Cassie as we move through an ALL LEVELS flow designed to experience the practice of yoga, from the inside…out.  We can never take one step forward, and two steps back. Because regardless if you feel you’re back at square one, you’ve changed, and the only way is…FORWARD.

This event is part of Spring into Action, a series of free yoga and group fitness classes at Navy Pier. See the full schedule at navypier.com/fitness.

Instructor: Cassie Czub, Shri Yoga and The Endorphin Effect

Cassie is a yoga teacher who creates an environment in which students can grow from the inside out. She encourages students to explore their potential on the mat so that they will increase their awareness of their capabilities off the mat.

Cassie teaches a strong vinyasa flow with alignment and breath at the core. Movement and strength are always incorporated into her classes, along with a little playful inspiration. Be ready to sweat, laugh, and love every bit of yourself!

Cassie received her 200RYT at a beautiful studio in Aspen, Colorado. What started out as a small adventure to the mountains turned into a 3-year journey to self discovery. Cassie moved back to Chicago and she now teaches in the Chicagoland area.

You can also catch her traveling the world, teaching retreats with her company, Compass Spirit Yoga. Cassie is currently studying her 500 RYT with Yoga Medicine, led by Tiffany Cruikshank.

    About Dani Kruger

As a proud New Englander at heart, Dani loves the outdoors and anything maple-flavored. After graduating from the University of Michigan and living for a brief time in DC, she moved to Chicago where she developed a passion for fitness and biking. Dani's competitive nature is no secret, whether she's trying to do yoga at all of the state capitol buildings (19 so far!) or seeing how far she can push herself in group fitness classes. By day, she nerds out behind the computer as a researcher and data analyst for a health care consulting firm, where she works to ensure all individuals have timely access to high quality health care services.
