Instructor: Chelsea Gartner, CorePower Yoga

“My practice is healing – spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Yoga cracks you open. It’s that zen feeling when all you need is a good sweat and a deep stretch, and you feel like you’ve pulled your life back together again.”

Chelsea used to be very skeptical to yoga, but she eventually stumbled her way onto her mat. Chelsea grew up playing sports and lived by her regular gym workout and cardio routine. She took her passion to sweat to the hot yoga studio and immediately became addititcted to her mat. Chelsea seeks to unleash your inner warrior in a strenghtening flow to turn stress into sweat, detoxifying your entire body and mind. Through a powerful physical practice, find your focus in this moving meditation through postures connected with breath. Chelea completed her first Power Yoga 200HR Teacher Training in 2012 with CorePower Yoga. And shortly after, she became certified in Yoga Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, and Restorative Yoga. Chelsea fell in love with teaching and sharing the joy of yoga, in late 2013 she swapped her career path into CPY Studio Leadership and yoga all day, every day. Chelsea has been Studio Manager at CPY Gold Coast Studio since 2015, teaching classes throughout the week and supporting the discovery and pursuit to the power within that helps us unearth a more extraordinary version of ourselves and live more powerfully.

About Dani Kruger

As a proud New Englander at heart, Dani loves the outdoors and anything maple-flavored. After a decade in the Midwest, she moved to Seattle where she loves the mild temperatures and mountain views. Dani's competitive nature is no secret, whether she's trying to do yoga at all of the state capitol buildings (23 so far!) or seeing how much vertical she can run each month in the mountains of the PNW. By day, she nerds out behind the computer as a data analyst for a health care consulting firm, where she works to ensure all individuals have timely access to high quality health care services.
