Week 4: The 606 Trail (4.24 miles)
As the weather warms and the sun begins to linger longer into the evening, we’re starting up our outdoor high-intensity interval workouts again. During the month of April, workouts will alter between medium length trail runs + park HIIT sessions.
Please note that this is all for you. The option is always there for your group to elect to turn around. Not feeling a 2.9 mile day? You can switch it up.
Please meet at lululemon Halsted at 6pm. Run will begin and end there.
