    On April 6, join CrossTown Fitness at Junior Ninja Warriors Chicago for a total body workot with a twist… and a ramp. We’re talking 60-minutes of power, strength, endurance + obstacle skills.

    CTF cannot wait for you to experience high intensity strength and conditioning training through a variety of drills that focus on skills, power, agility, endurance and mobility! In these 60-minute sessions, expect a thorough Dynamic Mobility warm-up, followed by cardiovascular routines, strength techniques, and of course, obstacle skills! All fitness levels are welcome!

    As a proud New Englander at heart, Dani loves the outdoors and anything maple-flavored. After graduating from the University of Michigan and living for a brief time in DC, she moved to Chicago where she developed a passion for fitness and biking. Dani's competitive nature is no secret, whether she's trying to do yoga at all of the state capitol buildings (19 so far!) or seeing how far she can push herself in group fitness classes.
