#SweatworkingWeek SWEAT Lincoln Park
  • December 11, 2017
  • When:
    January 12, 2018 @ 7:00 am – 8:00 am
    SWEAT Lincoln Park
    1841 North Clybourn Avenue Chicago
    IL 60614

We’re going to make our way to SWEAT Chicago’s newest location. During group classes, high-intensity intervals blend low-impact exercises with heavy strength training and cardio-driven movements, incorporating everything from dumbbells and body bars to treadmills, rowers and TRX suspension trainers. Each session focuses on different muscles and exercises, helping to prevent boredom and fitness plateaus. Instructors also preach proper form to ensure a safe, effective workout and can scale any class to suit your fitness level and ability. We’ll take on 2 separate sessions of this workout, at 6 and 7 am so be sure to sign up for a time that works better for you.

#SweatworkingWeek is like restaurant week for fitness and is our favorite week of the year. We’ve hosted three total and we’re in the midst of planning our fourth – but it’s a week that fuses our passion for creating community with our event planning and logistics experience we’ve gained from hosting more than four years of monthly #Sweatworking events.

The next #SweatworkingWeek will run from January 8-13, with a fitness festival closing it out this year. The fitness festival will take place at the venue Morgan’s on Fulton and will have two concurrently running fitness studios – one with equipment and one with only bodyweight classes.

    About Dani Kruger

As a proud New Englander at heart, Dani loves the outdoors and anything maple-flavored. After graduating from the University of Michigan and living for a brief time in DC, she moved to Chicago where she developed a passion for fitness and biking. Dani's competitive nature is no secret, whether she's trying to do yoga at all of the state capitol buildings (19 so far!) or seeing how far she can push herself in group fitness classes. By day, she nerds out behind the computer as a researcher and data analyst for a health care consulting firm, where she works to ensure all individuals have timely access to high quality health care services.
