If there’s one thing we can safely say that tops #Sweatworking all by itself, it’s #Sweatworking with friends, led by friends. Two of Chicago’s most inspiring trainers, Betina Gozo and Emily Hutchins, are teaming up to co-lead a special #Sweatworking event at the Chicago History Museum on Sunday, May 21 and we couldn’t be more excited.

For as long as aSweatLife has been hosting #Sweatworking, Betina and Emily have been part of the community as coaches, participants and friends. Betina coached one of our first events ever at CrossTown Fitness, and Emily led a series of #Sweatworking events with the Chicago Athletic Association last year.

This time around, they’ll team up as we take this special #Sweatworking outside, to the plaza of the Chicago History Museum, for a DJ-accompanied workout.

Come prepared to work hard and get sweaty on Sunday morning, May 21. We can’t wait to see what these ladies put together for our workout.

    About Dani Kruger

As a proud New Englander at heart, Dani loves the outdoors and anything maple-flavored. After graduating from the University of Michigan and living for a brief time in DC, she moved to Chicago where she developed a passion for fitness and biking. Dani's competitive nature is no secret, whether she's trying to do yoga at all of the state capitol buildings (19 so far!) or seeing how far she can push herself in group fitness classes. By day, she nerds out behind the computer as a researcher and data analyst for a health care consulting firm, where she works to ensure all individuals have timely access to high quality health care services.
