Summer Outdoor Group Fitness Series with Equinox

    Start your mornings with movement this summer! Equinox and Revival Food Hall are partnering together for the luxury high-performance fitness and lifestyle leader’s outdoor workout series. A variety of Equinox’s expert group fitness instructors will lead complimentary classes in The Loop on the 6th floor terrace of the historic building, The National, which houses Revival Food Hall, a massive 24,000 square foot dining destination on the ground floor of the property.

    For six weeks, this summer (every other Thursday) members and non-members can enjoy total body workouts before hitting the office from 6:30 – 8am, with classes like HIP HOP Yoga, Mindful Movement, Summer Camp boot camp and more!

    Located at 125 South Clark Street, The National is an historic 20-story property in the heart of Chicago’s Loop. Revival Food Hall operates a multi-roasted coffee shop perfect for morning commuters heading to work after an intense workout from Equinox group fitness instructors, as well as food stalls featuring breakfast and lunch items from several of the best chefs and restaurants in the city.

    Details of the official summer programs are as follows:

    CLASS SCHEDULE STARTING JUNE 8TH – all classes held from 6:30 – 8 AM

    6/8: SUMMER CAMP with Anthony Fleming III

    6/22: Hip Hop Yoga (Pride themed) with Allison English

    7/13: Firestarter with TBD

    7/27: Meditation and Mindful Movement with Julie Bellis

    8/10: Best Butt and Best Arms Ever with Julie Valenti

    8/24: Surprise, Exclusive with VIP Instructor

    As a proud New Englander at heart, Dani loves the outdoors and anything maple-flavored. After graduating from the University of Michigan and living for a brief time in DC, she moved to Chicago where she developed a passion for fitness and biking. Dani's competitive nature is no secret, whether she's trying to do yoga at all of the state capitol buildings (19 so far!) or seeing how far she can push herself in group fitness classes. By day, she nerds out behind the computer as a researcher and data analyst for a health care consulting firm, where she works to ensure all individuals have timely access to high quality health care services.
