The event will take place in the hotel’s Crystal Ballroom on Saturday, May 20 with two different barre sessions hosted by The Barre Code:

• The Prenatal session starts promptly at 10:30 a.m. It’s the perfect full-body, Barre Code style workout for moms and moms-to-be.
• The Barre Code session starts promptly at 11:30 a.m. This class will lengthen and strengthen your muscles during a 50-minute, full-body workout.

Attendees can also look forward to a complimentary smoothie and trail mix bar provided by Hyatt Regency Chicago, event exclusive discounts for Strong As A Mother apparel, and more exciting partners to be announced!
