On Sunday, November 12 we’re teaming up with Title Boxing Club, Cycmode and AIR Aerial Fitness to bring you this month’s edition of the Reebok #SweatworkingCrawl.
We’ll meet at Title Boxing Club to check in. From there, we’ll rotate among three 30-minute workouts at each of the South Loop studios in the Crawl. You and your crew will jog from workout to workout for non-stop action from start to finish.
At Title Boxing Club, we’ll take on a 30-minute version of the gym’s signature total body boxing workout. Expect to see boxing drills that will have you sweating in seconds mixed with high intensity interval training drills like burpees, squat jumps, jogs around the gym and, of course, a killer core section at the end of class. Included in your ticket is a pair of new wraps from the club at a discounted price.
At Cycmode, the first-ever cycling experience of its kind, utilizes visual technology to take you on an immersive indoor cycling experience like you’ve never tried before. The stadium-style bikes move with your body, keeping you in the moment all class long and giving you an extra core workout from start to finish.
At AIR, you’ll get a taste of just how difficult (and fun) training with aerial silks can be. We’ll partner up for this portion of the workout and you’ll leave with no less than 100 supremely Instagram-worthy photos (you’ll have so much fun attempting the tricks AIR will throw your way, you won’t even realize how much of a workout it is).
Along the way, there will be opportunities to participate in a social media challenge that will have one individual winner – but our favorite part of the challenge is that the winner’s entire team will also take home some extra goodies!
At the end of the crawl, we’ll gather one more time for snacks and great company before the winners of our social media competition will be announced. We’ll finish the whole thing with a happy hour where one round of Michelob Ultras will be on the brand for those who are 21 and over.
If you’re new to the idea of a #SweatworkingCrawl, have no fear. In between each 30-minute workout you’ll have plenty of time to walk or jog in between studios and to snap photos.
