    Join us on Saturday, September 8 at 11:00 a.m. for a #MealPrep showcase hosted by Chicago-based registered dietician and,content creator, May Zhu (aka @NutritionHappens).

    Learn how to get the most out of Whole Foods Market’s seasonal selection by mixing and matching several ingredients to create May’s easy-to-make cashew snacks for the week!

    May will be showing you how to create three of her favorite cashew-based snacks: Green Cashew Magic Dip, Cashew Mojito Energy Bites and Cashew Mango Chocolate Bark!

    Tickets are $5 and will go to the Whole Kids Foundation. Admission willinclude a meet and greet with May, recipe demo, snack samples, and Whole Foods Market gift bag complete with May’s shopping list, recipes and a few pantry essentials to recreate her snacks at home ($25 value).
