Hi Chicago and visiting friends,
We want to spend a spontaneous morning of fitness with you! It’s that simple. If you want a free workout, beach and/or brunch afterwards and meet new friends…this is for you! We ask that you bring your own water, a towel and a friend.
The Trainers: Marquita Anderson (IG handle @fitness_mva) a trainer at bellicon Studio and aSweatLife ambassador, and Duane Robinson (IG handle @fortduane) a lead trainer at Orangetheory Fitness.
The workout: Expect a full-body burn, cross-training and some HIIT (with modifications when needed). We stretch before and after (about 5 minutes).
The location: A slice of the grass area at Montrose Beach is our studio floor. If you want to bring fitness gloves or a yoga mat, you can. We leave that for you to decide.
Afterwards: RXBAR post workout fuel, a contest giveaway and pictures. Plus, we’re in for brunch and beach photos.
