    We are so excited to celebrate our 2nd Annual Fitness Marathon for Charity! October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is an area particularly close to our hearts.  Our founder, Sarah, lost her mom, Holly, to Breast Cancer.  In honor of the millions of women who have battled Breast Cancer, and in honor of Holly, (a fitness fanatic in her own right,) we are proud to be hosting this year’s Fitness Marathon to support the cause.

    Grab a fit friend and meet us for a workout (or two, or three…)! We have partnered with multiple studios in your area, and 100% of ticket sales will be donated! Each attendee will leave with an amazing swag bag! If you can’t attend one of our fab fit events, you can still donate via the links below or by clicking here.  Every dollar counts and is so greatly appreciated! Last year, in NYC alone, we donated over $12,000!! All proceeds will be donated to Memorial Sloan Kettering.*

    Studio Details:

    AIR Aerial Fitness: 50-minute beginner/intermediate aerial fitness class that introduces clients to aerial exercises on hammocks. The class emphasizes basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle action so that the body can learn how to balance on aerial hammocks. This is an intense aerial fitness training program fusing elements of conditioning, Pilates, ballet and HIIT (high intensity interval training) on aerial hammocks. Regardless of its beginner pace, AIR® Foundation will deliver a challenging workout. Important Info: Fitted clothing is best (leggings, tanks, t-shirts). No socks, shoes, or jewelry. 250lb weight limit. Mats, drinking fountain, and restrooms provided.

    FlyWheel:  METHOD Class | Our signature high-intensity interval training ride. Climb heavy hills, sprint through fast flats, jog up-and-down mixed terrains, and race against others in the epic class that’s changed countless bodies and minds. Includes an upper-body series for a full-body workout. Important Info: Shoes provided, we sell water but we also have a Vero water machine if you’d like to bring a water bottle. I encourage riders to wear athletic, comfortable clothing – anything they would work out in and be ok sweating in.

    Barry’s Boot Camp: Full Body Class. Barry’s is the original high-intensity work out. It burns up to 1,000 calories in one class (!!!), tones muscle, maximizes fat loss, and increase your metabolism, so you actually burn calories even after class is over. We’ve got the science to prove it. (And the abs…) The instructors push you to do what you didn’t even know you were capable of doing. The music, the signature red lights, the energy in the room…..It’s magic (and about as much fun as you can have with your clothes on). Each class is different. You will never have the same routine — and never get bored. Barry’s Original class is a mix of running and weights.

    The Barre Code: A full body workout that consists of isometric holds and heavy repetition, working muscles to fatigue to develop muscle stamina and endurance. A range of different props are used in each class to challenge the body and engage the mind. Important Info: Socks are required to wear in class. Bring a water bottle (also available for purchase).
