Right on time to start your work day, Carrie’s class will wake up your body and help make you more alert for the day ahead. Carrie’s class is accessible for everyone. She teaches a vinyasa style of yoga that takes into account how every single body in the room looks and feels on a given day. She then uses this info to customize a class that is best suited for everyone.
This morning yoga class will allow you to approach the day with a calm and quiet mind, helping you manage stress. Carrie works to remind students to pay attention to what their bodies need and to focus on the breath. All of this helps students leave class feeling relaxed, refreshed, and reinvigorated!
