    AIR Foundations

    50-minute beginner class that introduces new clients to aerial exercises on hammocks; the class emphasizes basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle action so that the body can learn how to balance on aerial hammocks. AIR® is an intense aerial fitness training program fusing elements of conditioning, Pilates, ballet and HIIT (high intensity interval training) on aerial hammocks. Regardless of its beginner pace, AIR® Foundation will deliver a challenging workout. No experience necessary. We recommend new clients take 3-5 AIR® Foundation classes before graduating to AIR®
    250lb weight limit.
    No shows and class cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class will either be charged $30.00 or lose the class on a class pack. Class begins exactly on time so late-comers will not be permitted once class commences.

    As a proud New Englander at heart, Dani loves the outdoors and anything maple-flavored. After graduating from the University of Michigan and living for a brief time in DC, she moved to Chicago where she developed a passion for fitness and biking. Dani's competitive nature is no secret, whether she's trying to do yoga at all of the state capitol buildings (19 so far!) or seeing how far she can push herself in group fitness classes. By day, she nerds out behind the computer as a researcher and data analyst for a health care consulting firm, where she works to ensure all individuals have timely access to high quality health care services.
