What to expect:
7:45 am – 8 am: Meet your ambassadors and check-in to the workout
8:00 am – 8:30 am: Strength and conditioning Bootcamp
8:30 am – 9:00 am: Yoga Flow
9:00 am- 9:15 am: Fitbit giveaway
