Alternating between short bursts of high intensity effort, followed by brief periods of active recovery are one of the best ways to burn the most amount of calories even after the workout is over. Circuit training is a great boredom buster: moving quickly from one exercise to the next means your mind doesn’t have time to wander or tune out. Join Titan Gym’s Fight2Fitness class the day after Valentine’s Day and engage in a challenging, yet fun workout class that burns 30 percent more calories than a typical weight workout.
