Bring lights — we can help set you up with a dependable light that won’t break the bank! You will not believe how lovely and quiet the North Branch Trail is after dark, especially once you get north of Golf Road. We’ll plan to go as far as the Skokie Lagoons and turn off our lights and let the Lonely Satellite take center stage.

When: Wednesday, September 6 from 7pm to 10pm

Where: Meet at Cosmic Bikes for a ride to Skokie Lagoons.

Pace: Moderate pace, no-drop social ride.

Route: Approx. 30 miles RT, most of it on NBT.

What to bring: Your bike, helmet, lights, lock, BYOB, bug spray and cash for emergencies.
