Join Fleet Feet and CorePower Yoga for a specialized yoga class just for runners! We’ll start with our regular, weekly fun run at 6:30pm and then head over to CorePower afterwards. The hour long class begins at 7:45pm and is made up of poses that specifically target runner issues and tightnesses. This will be a great way to center yourself and get in a good stretch before the Bank of America Chicago Marathon!
Class is FREE to all fun run participants and mats are provided.
