Brooklyn Boulders is bringing their popular Climber Core class to unexplored territory- the 99th floor of the Willis Tower! Led by our ever energetic certified personal trainer Andy Watt, this mat based class is geared towards anyone looking to develop a monster core.
The hour-long class strengthens your abs and back muscles for improved posture and performance (on and off the wall). Climber Core integrates concepts from pilates, yoga, and climbing into a circuit training program designed to help you build core endurance.
