#Sweatworking Takes on Healthy Eating at KitchFix

KitchFix

(Register for the event March 26 here)

Every time we take on a new #Sweatworking event, our goal is to make sure that we’re learning something new or trying something new with other people who want to get or stay healthy. When KitchFix offered to host us in their kitchen, share some of our favorite KitchFix recipes with us and feed us, we couldn’t say, “YES!” fast enough.

March 26, we’re headed to the KitchFix kitchen for a healthy Saturday brunch, where the Registered Dietitians who work for the brand and help us stay healthy when we can’t make the time to cook will teach us the art of meal prep. That’s right, this is a sweat-free #sweatworking, focused on delicious, healthy food.

But we’ve though of you, weekend warrior. This event won’t start until 11 am so that you can fit your workout in and then get your ass to meal-prep class. In this industrial kitchen at 1731 W. Grand, you’ll see where the magic happens – and where everything from the brand’s paleo granola (available at Whole Foods) to cashew cream yogurt is created.

After stuffing our faces in the most graceful and healthiest way we can think of, we’ll leave with the recipes we’ve created and a little extra drive and determination to get the week’s meal prep done. And, of course, if you find yourself stretched too thin, KitchFix has solutions for that as well.

What: #Sweatworking is bringing you experts from KitchFix to help you get on track or just hit refresh when it comes to meal planning and prep.

Where: We’re taking over KitchFix’s industrial kitchen at 1731 W. Grand

When: March 26, we’ll kick the party off at 11 am

Why: Because you deserve better than turkey sandwiches for lunch every day – We’re doing this for the sake of a delicious and healthy week.

How do I sign up: Great question. Sign up right here!
