If you’ve ever been with us for a #Sweatworking event, you know we’re always looking for ways to change it up. We believe that variety is the spice of life, especially for #Sweatworking.

We take #Sweatworking to new Chicago locations every month and after almost two years, we thought that it was about time for a throwdown.

So we partnered with Equnox Gold Coast to host January’s #Sweatworking event. We’ve accepted the challenge to take on three of their classes with a competitive twist.

We’re inviting you to a dry triathlon (dry means no swimming). We’ll row and take on some athletic moves in Ropes and Rowers, we’ll run (inside, don’t worry) with a break for abs in Precision Running and we’ll bike with the goal to be THE MOST POWERFUL in The Pursuit.

And because January is one of the coldest months and we want to continue the giving spirit post-holiday, all proceeds from the event’s ticket sales will go to the Greater Chicago Food Depository, which provides food to hundreds of thousands of hungry people in Chicago each year.

So sign up with some friends, make it a friendly competition or work together as a team. May the odds be ever in your favor.

Where: Equinox Gold Coast, 900 N. Michigan Ave

When: January 23 from 2-4 pm

Why: This is an attainable challenge for a great cause! Put in the work and walk away with a killer goody bag!

What can you expect: This will be a Saturday to remember! We’ll be cheering each other on along the way and we’ll work a little longer than your average Saturday class. In each of the classes – Precision Running, The Pursuit and Ropes and Rowers – we’ll spend 35 minutes getting sweaty. You’ll have a little bit of time to recover and get ready for the next challenge.

How do I sign up again? Great question. Glad you asked. Click over here!
