We’ve had so much fun with @leveluphealthandfitness_studio, one of our studios of the month. We love the dozens of classes onthe schedule every week and the super friendly commubnity.

Three studios in one? It can’t be. Oh, it can. And that’s why Studio Three and its studios in Chicago and Austin (coming soon, Miami and San Diego) are our featured studios to try this week.

Why we love it:
🏋️‍♀️The interval studio gets you the dark lights, treads, rowers, and heavy weights that your HIIT dreams are made of.
🧘‍♀️ The yoga studio has your vinyasa flow and so much more - expect heated, strength classes too, like 3x3 and Hi Def.
🚴‍♀️ And the cycle studio will give you the energy and music your heart craves.

We’re LOVING @throughthebody, one of our studios of the month. And after trying a follow-along dance class (Girl’s Got Rhythm) we’re hooked.

🎧Musical stylings: multi-genre, we were stomping along to reggaeton, doing Ballerina arms to Britney, and shaking our butts the whole time
