    VibeUP Yoga: Dynamic Vinyasa Flow

This class focuses on creative sequencing and transitions, cultivating the feeling of grace, strength, and fluidity of a dancer. With emphasis on balancing flexibility, strength, and breath to achieve deeper levels within the body, mind, and spirit.  Playful and challenging.  Bring out your inner dancer!

This event is part of Spring into Action, a series of free yoga and group fitness classes at Navy Pier. See the full schedule at navypier.com/fitness.

Instructor: Jennifer Goodman, Yoga Now, Nature Yoga, Corepower Yoga, Yoga Six, Eastbank Club

Jennifer started practicing yoga to help strengthen, improve flexibility, and prolong her career as a professional ballet dancer. After leaving her ballet company of 16 years and pursuing a freelance career, she decided to dive into her yoga practice on a much deeper level.  Jennifer signed up for her 1st teacher training with Core Power Yoga and since then has attended numerous trainings, workshops, and festivals around the country.  Jennifer spent 6 weeks in India where she trained under Kia Miller to become certified in  Radiant Body Yoga and is currently working towards her 300hr with Kia.  Jennifer enjoys bringing her lifetime of dancing into her classes with a challenging, creative and fluid approach and likes to combine various styles such as vinyasa, restorative/yin, meditation, kundalini, pranayama, and chanting.

“My goal is to provide an experience, not just a class.  To walk away feeling transformed within and without.  I encourage everyone to connect within and find their own inner strength & peace to continue growing and moving forward in life.”

    About Dani Kruger

As a proud New Englander at heart, Dani loves the outdoors and anything maple-flavored. After graduating from the University of Michigan and living for a brief time in DC, she moved to Chicago where she developed a passion for fitness and biking. Dani's competitive nature is no secret, whether she's trying to do yoga at all of the state capitol buildings (15 so far!) or seeing how far she can push herself in group fitness classes. By day, she nerds out behind the computer as a researcher and data analyst for a health care consulting firm, where she works to ensure all individuals have timely access to high quality health care services.
