Trail #4: Park West (3 miles) + Andrew Simmerling, Equinox Personal Trainer
March Madness is upon us and, with that said, we need to bring it down to the basic fundamentals of running. We pushed our mind and bodies the past two months with longer routes and now it is time to cut that mileage and care for our bodies.
All runs this month will be 3 miles or shorter.
Special this week: Equinox Trainer, Andrew, will guide you through a post-run foam rolling session.
Please note that this is all for you. The option is always there for your group to elect to turn around. Not feeling a 2.9 mile day? You can switch it up.
