Trail #2: Clybourn Trail (3 miles) + Chiropractor Session with Diversey Health Center
March Madness is upon us and, with that said, we need to bring it down to the basic fundamentals of running. We pushed our mind and bodies the past two months with longer routes and now it is time to cut that mileage and care for our bodies.
All runs this month will be 3 miles or shorter.
Special this week: Justin from Diversey Health Center will be in to show you deep stretches to get those tight hip flexors, IT bands and knee issues
Please note that this is all for you. The option is always there for your group to elect to turn around. Not feeling a 2.9 mile day? You can switch it up.
Please meet at lululemon Halsted at 6pm. Run will begin and end there.
