Bring your mat and get centered Thursday mornings at the Park. Every Thursday the Park offers free alternating Yoga and Pilates classes. Join Mindfuel Wellness for biweekly Pilates teaching balance, strength and endurance, to help refine your muscles, restore tight and overworked muscles and improve overall wellness. Beloved local studio Bloom Yoga lead biweekly classes that integrate breathing exercises, postures, relaxation and meditation to stretch, strengthen and condition.
Thursday Morning Yoga and Pilates at the Park is free for everyone. All fitness levels welcome; mats are not provided.
