Free Run Club with Ali Parsons starts Tuesday! Run Club starts prompty at 5:30 pm and we’ll meet at the studio. Ali will lead you through dynamic stretching, a warm up, a run on the 606, a little core work, and a cool down. We’ll make our way back to the studio by 6:30 pm, in time for you to get settled in for the 7 pm yoga class if you’re feeling ambitious. All levels welcome.
