Instructor: Lois Miller
Lois has been in the fitness industry for 30 years teaching group classes and developing new programs. Her Body 360 class was listed as a top workout nationally in SELF Magazine in 2013 and Formula 94 is one of the companies most popular classes. She has appeared on both local and national TV and radio spots including ABC, CBS, NBC FOX and WGN. Recognized for her innovative teaching style and high energy she was selected to the 2008/2009 international team and presented classes at the Italian Fitness Festival in Rome, Italy. Lois is the Regional Group Fitness Director, Fitness Formula Clubs.
