Video: Workout With Kenna Sullivan on the Sweaty Talk Show

We believe that everything is better with friends and we also know that it can be incredibly difficult to get a workout in. So, for our benefit and yours, we’re multi-tasking hanging out with some of our favorite trainers and having a conversation. On this first episode, we talk to Kenna Sullivan, company dancer and trainer at On Your Mark.

We set up to sweat and chat in my living room with Kenna, covering all of our bases and working from head-to-toe. Expect some fun bodyweight work ranging from lunges to squats to push-ups to lots of core work. Not featured in this episode: burpees.

We talk to Kenna about everything from the dance company that she dreamed about being a part of to her defining high school TV show to her morning smoothie. We also work up a nice little sweat in just 30 minutes. You’ll need absolutely no equipment in this workout – because if you have a body, you have a gym.

Roll out you mat and get to work with us!
