Remix My Training with Liu Gross: Sit-up Edition

Liu Gross, Trainer at Studio Three in Chicago with more than 15 years of experience, loves to mix things up. If you’ve ever trained with him – in his classes and beyond – you know that he’ll push you to #BeBetterorBeBasic.

So when he told us about his concept to “Remix My Training” or take your training to new creative heights by taking old, ordinary movements and adding something new to them.

This week, he’s taking a sit-up and adding something to it. Grab a dumbbell and add a single arm press to this movement – and when you’re ready, you can even take it up to a single-arm press with a single-leg raise.
