At aSweatLife, we work hard to bring you every kind of fitness experience the city has to offer. We aim to make those experiences easily accessible and easy to bring your friends into the fold. Everything is, after all, better with friends. When a new space opens its doors and invites us in to try out their favorite way to sweat, we say yes.

That’s why in just one week, we’re heading to Barry’s Bootcamp in River North, Chicago where we’ll be some of the first in the city to take on a signature Barry’s Total Body workout.

Barry’s Bootcamp has been a workout favorite for fitness fanatics in cities like New York and Los Angeles since 1998. The quintessential 60-minute Barry’s workout incorporates 25-30 minutes of running to your max potential on special quick-start Woodway treadmills and 25-30 minutes of strength training with all kinds of equipment.

What you can’t read about is the intensely strong sense of community and support you feel from Barry’s trainers when you’re in class. They’ll push you to the extremes and build you up the entire time.

After our workout on Tuesday night, Barry’s full smoothie bar will be open and stocked with samples of their nutrient-rich smoothie delights, specially designed for the first time in this location of Barry’s Bootcamp.

We are so excited to take #Sweatworking to this new River North establishment (and yes, this photo booth will still be there to snap tons of GIFs post-workout).
