    Rock this workout at home or during your lunch hour one to four times – whatever you have time for, you busy lady.

    Lunge to leg lift:

    Plank to frogger:

    Wall sit with an arm front raise:

    Chair pose variations:

     

    And if you’re lucky, a dog may join you for your workout. He loves burpees.
