Get sweaty at home with this Polar Vortex workout

Tomorrow is going to be one of the coldest days of the year in Chicago. I can already see the mid-week working-from-home hibernation starting all around me and I’m ready for the screenshots-of-my-weather-app Instagrams.

Lucky for you: if you have a body, you have a gym. The ladies of Bridal Sculpt will be rocking out this workout at home because even we gave into the weather, but we will not miss our workout.

Do this circuit three times, and take a minute of rest between each. If you don’t know how to do any exercise described, I took some demo photos and involved the entire family: Fiance as photographer AND dog as photo-crasher.

  1. Apparently, I had beer on the brain – keg = leg in this post. Unless you REALLY took a snowday, in that case, keg=keg. #Everythinginmoderation

  2. I love this! No excuses for being sedentary during the polar vortex… I also set a reminder on my phone for every hour to get up and move every hour (usually jumping rope in place or going up and down the stairs to my third floor apartment- I’m sure my neighbors love me!).
